Went throught drive through. Ordered a 4-piece meal & asked for 4 legs but received breast, thigh, wing and leg instead. Ordered side of mashed potatoes with No gravy but they still had gravy anyway. Wanted original recipe but they only had extra crispy. Food tasted good but I don’t think they listen to your order.

The food is ok but this place is horrible on delivery management. I have order UberEats a few times and every time it involves lots of frustration on my side and on the drivers side. THEY ARE HURTING ALL THOSE DRIVERS. They have some system to automatically accept UberEats orders (and cancel all if they’re closed, even if the order is scheduled for a later time.) And they won’t pack your food until the delivery driver has arrived. And the worst case, they won’t check what the order is until the driver is there.

Placed a sizeable order on the kfc site at 9:10 pm for pickup at 10 pm. Reached the location on time and was told they ran out of food. I asked what, if anything, was available but was given the impression that no chicken was left. Refused to refund my money, and told me to email or call whomever I placed the order with.
