We were visiting Mt Dora and picked this place based on reviews. There are other pizza places in historic Downtown, but we felt this is where the locals probably go. We also read on their website that the owners were from NJ (where we grew up) and felt they must do pizza well. We were right , great pizza ( a little heavy on the cheese, but sauce & crust were spot on!) Garlic knots were some of the best we had. Places like this are in ever town in NJ, same ovens, same smell, and same overall look! Mt Dora is lucky to have this place

My son and I were looking for a no-frills good local pizza joint off the beaten touristy 441 highway and found this place which was just what we wanted. My son’s not very adventurous with pizza. It’s just pepperoni, but I added mushrooms on my half and it was perfect thin crust. We will always make a stop here when we come back. Do you know when the locals come here regularly? It’s got to be good and that’s what we were looking for.

First time here since moving from Orlando. Staff was friendly. Ordered chicken Parm and Italian combo sub. Talk about cheese bombed delicious sandwich! The sub reminded me of sandwiches from up north. Great find! Great food!
