Really missed the mark. Purchased an order with four medium fries and received four small fries. Those small fry containers were barely filled. See picture. Sandwiches were slapped together with minimal care or desire to please the customer. The manager on duty was lukewarm in personality.

Food was delivered quickly and hot. Shake machine was working this time. One sandwich was short on the meat but still good. Food quality is what you have come to expect from fast food chains. Radio was a little loud but at least the music was not bad. Floor is either dirty or old. The restaurant does have dirty odor to it but I think it’d because of the age of the restaurant and old carpet. Service staff was friendly … which is a big change for this place. Changes are definitely happening here.

We always like going to Arby’s because we like to get our dog roast beef sandwiches and we like them too my wife says bring back the chocolate croissants turnovers I like to Cherry turnovers and I love their beef and they give a nice military discount at least the one on North Dirksen Parkway in Springfield does some of the others make you be active military that’s been too many moons ago
