Could not believe when I got home with the pizza that it was not cooked completely all the way through ! on the meat pizza all of the sausage was to one side of the pizza probably covering only one third of the entire Pizza! There was no one standing at the counter at the register I had to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even came to the front where the register encounter are located! And as I said the pizza was not cooked all the way through the sausage was not done all the way through it was a horrible experience!!

Ordered in the drive thru the classic pizza (which were not ready). Tried to offer me the extra bestest which I didn’t want I told them I would wait for the classic! I paid and was asked to wait out front they would bring it out to me! I was ok with that, but after waiting 25 minutes in my car seeing car after car order and drive off I was getting irritated. I walked inside waited about 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the front of the store! When I told the girl I’ve need waiting 25 minutes for my order she asked what I ordered then pulled to classics out the oven behind her and breadsticks! Like why am I waiting for something that was already ready? Not an apology or anything! And to top it off the pizza wasn’t even cooked thru or cut right!!!!! Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

So much for Hot N Ready. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be told that it would be another 25-30 minutes for a single large pizza. Very poor service and planning. This place is going downhill.

called in a order was told ready in 15-20, I still showed up in 30 min to give them xtra time, order not ready and had to wait almost another 15min while there for wings, I can see why this place is rated the way it is, management needs to step up big time here, hope it gets better in the future

Was very disappointed when I went today and ordered the 3 meat treat that wasnt that meaty. I was also told they had a deal of buy a 3 meat and get the extra most best for free and that didnt happened. If you have a promotion make sure you go through it and not lie to the people just take make profit. $10.00 for a pizza that supposedly has meat didnt have it. Disappointed. People notice how places are been operated. I’m part of the people who see more not just go because of the brand.

Was on the phone trying to order for about 2 min no answer. Headed to location 3 young adults were blasting music talking/laughing through the headsets did not pay attention to my order and failed to give me the complete order and then told me it would be another 20 mins to get the other pizza. Nothing is “hot and ready”.

So they stopped serving $5 pizzas here or something is up for only having the $7-8 pizza with bread sticks choice. Don’t know if they’re trying to accomplish something doing this, but it’s gone on for a couple of months now.
