The service was good. But when I get back to work and opened up my box I might have had a totally of 10 popcorn shrimp. No where neat 1/4 pound of shrimp was in my box. And the lady who took my order forgot about asking me about sauce I wanted. Luckily the lady that was at the window notified her and was very pleasant. The people in back cooking need some more training!

Poor food quality. Just ordered Ghost Pepper Wings w/ Mac n Cheese. The Mac n Cheese was greasy. The wings tasted like something from Dearborn’s Wholesale Market. The chicken was rubbery. It did not taste like the original Ghost Pepper wings. Will not be back no time soon. Turned off.

This location seems to be in a constant state of turmoil with a backed up drive-through no matter what the hour. The last three times I have gone there I’ve ended up having to back out of the drive-through lane because it was taking so incredibly long. Each time two or three cars in the lane with me also left without ordering. They also seem to act like handing out condiments that are supposed to come with the food such as barbecue sauce is some sort of major annoyance to them. If you ask for butter or honey for your biscuit… Forget about it… they don’t have them.

When we pull up there is workers inside arguing and while waiting in the drive-thru line the argument spills outside. It seems that ALL the workers were outside vs inside serving customers. Because of the way the drive-thru is set up there was no way to reverse so I stayed in line. It took about 30 minutes so I ordered 10 piece family meal and chicken strips. All the food was old! The chicken was refried. It was dark and extra greasy! My strips were the same! I feel like I threw away $35.00. If I wasn’t tired I would have taken the food back. Never again!

Worst Popeyes ever. The taste and quality, and service at this place is very poor. I ordered just a 3 wing dinner and the wings were darker than any chicken should be. I’m so disappointed. I threw the biscuit out to the birds.

I hate everything about this ghetto location, I went in observed how gross and unsanitary the staff was and left right out. The man was there scratching his dreads then boxing ppl chicken up, another crew member i think was the manager walked by arguingon the phone and he smelled like pickles and onions..EWW. he was clearly too old to be at work smelling like that, he could’ve ran across the street and got deodorant. Ol funky ahh onion man!
