It was better than expected, especially after reading the reviews. I had a good time at my nephew’s birthday party and I don’t even have little kids. Angelina, our host was awesome. She kept us apprised of the timeline, rules etc and was just great. I was surprised that they still had a salad bar. All the kids had a blast.

Surprisingly tolerable. It’s definitely not the sticky, loud, tear factory that I remember as a kid. Seems to have been completely redone in the past few years. The noise level is good considering how many games and small children there are. The staff was very attentive to our birthday party.

This was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to. There was someone fixing games that were broken so we didn’t miss out on anything. The staff was friendly and the pizza was good. Very happy kids and parents!

I’ll always had a great time with the kiddos however, I went on mid week and I had a not so good experience there was only one person working for the entrance to mark you for the cleaning of the tables for the cashier for the food and for the prices. I feel really bad for this employee. Took us a very long time. My kids never got market. Wish I doubt about the security in this place. I thought it was like last year when you could go on Wednesdays for $18 an hour unlimited but that was liars too. We couldn’t even order food since there was a huge line and the manager was on the kitchen alone. After being a long time costumer now even though my kids love it we are not commenting back.

Excellent place for the little ones, the atmosphere is out of control but what do expect, it’s Chuck E Cheese , some of the employees have some kind of attitude I don’t know why, maybe they don’t get paid enough, but after all, it’s an excellent place for the kids, I recommend it

I brought my daughter here on her 6th birthday, and half the games won’t activate when swiping a loaded card, and the pizza we ordered was forgotten and had to be reordered. (The staff was nice, just incompetent.) This is the second place I took my daughter to today that failed. Don’t come to Newington CT unless you like to gamble with your enjoyment on your day off, on your child’s birthday. I kept positive for my daughter, but I’m very disappointed with Chucky Cheese.

I liked it, my son has autism and he enjoyed himself. I was a little sad that there wasn’t that many games to choose from so I felt us going around in circles over and over again. Great to go if you want to be there one hour or less unless you take time to eat which is honestly kinda expensive. Personal pizza start at 10 bucks etc but worth it because it taste really good! . My kid liked it so well definitely be back!

Excellent experience with a double birthday party tonight. Ashley was our party host and we couldn’t have been more impressed. We were never left wondering where she was if we had questions, not that we had any because she had everything very much under control that no detail was left unattended to. She gave us the run-down beforehand and followed the schedule exactly, so we always knew where to be and when. Ashley is the type of hostess that every parent dreams of when throwing a big party with kids that can very easily get out of control. If you’re having a party at the Newington Chuck E. Cheese, I would recommend that you request Ashley as your host. You can thank me later. Tip her well, she deserves an award for her attention to detail and professionalism.
