This is by far the worst Dunkin in the area. The employees have been off putting every time I’ve come there. They just stare at you and whisper to one another when they are working on your order. The food has never been up to standard either. Anything toasted from here tastes like chemicals.

The absolute worst DD I’ve ever been too. Not enough help and the help that is there (2 men behind the counter) ignore you and never try and accommodate you in a timely fashion. Add to that every child that goes to the local schools congregate there EVERY day. Taking it even further was a man who claimed he was the manager but told me he didn’t have to give me his name, berating a young girl infront of customers. I was told he was going to call the police on me. When I told him to do just that, I was told to get the HELL out of here.

We went in there today (5/1/22) around 8PM and I could see two employees in the back. After waiting for a few minutes one of them poked his head around the corner, saw me, and didn’t come out. After a few more minutes I leaned over saying “excuse me” and no one responded. After another minute or two we just left and as we were leaving the two employees came out, but we were already left the store.

I’ve gone to Dunkins all across NJ and this one charges the most and will Nickle and dime you for everything. I ordered a bagel with butter on the side and I only got 2 butters and when I asked for more they wanted to charge me 45 cents per butter.

Updating my review. I went back today to give Dunkin another shot since I do truly love their mocha swirl as it is the only dairy free syrup they have. After ordering my latte I always make sure I watch them make it to ensure that they are putting the correct milk substitute in (oat milk). Right before the woman handed me my latte she realized there was some extra space at the top and went over to the creamer machine and filled the rest up with that. When she gave it to me, I asked to ensure whatever was put in my drink was oat-milk and she had told me yes. I stated that I was making sure because I have an extreme sensitivity to dairy. I knew in my gut that the oat-milk does not come from those machines but I trusted her as she kept telling me it was fine. About an hour later I was extremely sick. I find it absolutely irresponsible for the Franklin Lakes Dunkin employee to simply not care about an issue like this even after I had made her aware that I am allergic.

This is the rudest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to! I’ve given them several chances but I’m always barked at, my mobile order is ALWAYS wrong and they act like it’s my fault they can’t read an order. They actually sigh and tap their fingers while remaking food. I think this is the same franchise owner as the Wyckoff one and they’re rude and nasty too so what do u expect. I’ll def drive the extra 5 minutes to be treated properly and find one owned and worked by someone interested in what they do!
