I fell in love with their fried rice!! We live in the area and found incredible reviews on this restaurant. One day we came to try their food and it was absolutely delicious. Just like the other reviews this place is a hidden gem here in City Heights. I always get the same order which is the House fried rice. Their food comes in big portions and I love to have left overs to enjoy the next day! I highly recommend this Chinese noodle restaurant to anyone!

I just don’t get it. I ordered student noodle, pad Thai, and a combo noodle soup. I called my order in on the phone and they said 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later expecting my order to be ready, which my soup was but they didn’t even start my student noodle or pad Thai. I had to wait 20 more minutes before getting my food. While I was waiting I wanted to sit down but then the waitress looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to so I stood back up. 1/5 on service and atmosphere. Now the food. The student noodle and pad Thai were just terrible. It was dry and inconsistent so you get random bites of no flavor and bites of overly saltiness. See the pictures for how clumpy they were. The eggs weren’t cooked well either with burnt edges and sogginess. 1/5 on food.

Love love love the food at this place. I go there when I crave Thai/Cambodian food. Everything I’ve tried so far has been out of the world. Seems like a family run business. They told us that they are a Cambodian restaurant but their family is Cambodian Chinese, so their food has that influence. Really love their Pad Thai. Fried rice is really good too. They have a pork intestine in appetizers that is delicious. Really recommend this place.

Always good, simply authentic. It’s like a hidden gem that i wish more people will get to know about, but at the same time I want to keep this place to myself so it won’t get too busy. The ice coffee with condensed milk pairing with their hand made You Tiao is amazing. We always go for their dry egg noodles with bbq pork and wonton for brunch. The meat bone soup on the side is so good. The porridge with century eggs is also another great breakfast/brunch option, i also love their stir fry flat rice noodles with beef.

IS INFLATION A MYTH? How did they whip up our food in like 3 minutes? Why did my huge portion of soup (pictured) that came with 2 slices of duck, 2 shrimps, meatballs, a drumstick, a bit of pork and my choice between different types of rice or egg noodles, only cost 11.50? My buddy got the bone marrow soup (not pictured) and it was only 5 bucks! Quality food perfect for struggling students in the area (lol), hearty and healthy. The soups taste like pho soup btw.

Was curious about how much Khmer food I would find there. A great fusion. Small, busy restaurant. Table service was great! Cambodian+Chinese+knowledgeable chefs made for great food. Food was flavorful and I could tell the broth was homemade. Having the choice of noodles was a huge plus. We chose the flat rice noodles which is my preference in noodle soup. Only thing my dining partner complained about: bone-in cuts of neck meat served in the soup. I would order extra meat next time but generally noodle soups do not come with much.
