Order take out wings. They forgot a order of fries and and one order of wings they didn’t toss in any sauce. But the rest of the food that we did get that was right tasted good. The extra hot we got tasted more like a medium, But we ordered a side of volcano That kicked it up a notch. The bathroom was not cleanest, It was completely out of soap. I’m hoping the restaurant staff has their own sink in the back that they must wash their hands, Most restaurants do.

I love this place. But this time that I went I was extremely unsatisfied. I ordered the chicken avacado flatbread and got it to go. When I got home it was burnt. I wouldn’t have paid for it if I knew it was going to be burnt. Not happy.

Lindsey was such a great server–so cheerful and friendly! She washed a table for us and dried it off quickly so we could be seated. She checked on us several times and brought us to-go cups when we finished dining. The food was delicious and came out very fast, but it was the service that made our visit great.

I came to this location to eat and it was an okay atmosphere, food was good really nice. The only problems I had were that there was only women no men taking orders meaning it didnt seem like a versatile place, the uniform the waitresses wore were very inappropriate for a family dining! I wouldn’t bring my kids or a husband there. The women were wearing shorts that literally had they’re butts hanging out and to be honest its actually bothersome trying to eat with butts hanging out of shorts with your children or family. It looks more like a Hooters and not a family dining. Hopefully corporate can get the waitresses to wear appropriate shorts and maybe I’ll go back

Waited for 15 to 20 min just to be asked if I wanted a drink, I was sitting at the bar. Only 1 waitress was on staff and she could serve alcohol. I like East Coast wings in general, but this one needs to step up. Only 6 people in the restaurant total to be served.

Poor management let the alcohol license expire and not good for bar at all. The only wings that were sauced was so much extra sauce that it ran out and ruined the chips on the way home. The ranch was cheap and of the lowest quality and taste profile. They package 5;ranches for 50 wing’s after telling them I didn’t mind to pay for plenty of extras! Lastly the idiot who package the order doesn’t understand that cold items like ranch and celery, do not ever go in the same bag as anything that is hot.. common sense and proper management should have never allowed any of this to happen. We won’t even mention how small and unappetizing the size of the wing’s is.

I placed a take out order and when I got there for my order the hostess let me know that she forgot to place my order and that she was sorry. I responded back with I’ve had a really long day at work so I don’t want to wait for it to cook. Is there anything that doesn’t take long to cook? She responds back with a salad. I felt like she could have at least talked to the cook and checked in to see if there was anything already cooked like maybe chips because that’s what I ordered with my quesadilla. But no all I got was “ I forgot, I’m sorry”. I planned this order so that I could pick up my family’s food from a different place and then just pop in real quick and get mine but now there food is getting cold because I had to go to a fast food and wait to get food. When I called to place the order the girl didn’t even ask what side I wanted and when I asked if it came with one she didn’t even know. She may be very new but there was another girl that was with her when she told me that she forgot to place the order and neither one of them resolved the issue or hardly tried to make it right.
