Prepare to pay for half your food missing…won’t be coming back after this. I spent $19 and some change for a FULL salad that I did not get, and half my fries are missing. The only good thing I got was the peach sweet tea.

I haven’t been to Zaxby’s in a while and wow it’s went down hill. I know the cost of chicken has went up but a basic 5 piece strip meal went up $3 and the strips are half the size of what they use to be. And the servers were virtually non-communicative. He asked me dine in or to go, I said dine in and they put it to go. Very disappointing and no desire to go back really.

Some of their dishes are good but definitely their wings does not offer a good value for the money, $30 for 10 bone in wings is excessively expensive and the wings quality not even compare with its competitors, to my opinion there’s better options out there when it refers to chicken wings.

*sigh* I ordered a special asian-sensation Zalad and my egg roll was COMPLETELY black and smoldering when I received it. I usually have food quality issues at this location and after my last experience with the flaming egg roll, I won’t come back. The new Zaxbys over in St. John’s is much better, employees are nicer, and food is always top notch. I’d recommend you take a little bit of a longer drive and go there.

I downloaded the app and received a free chicken finger meal so I ordered it and other things, it said ready in 4 minutes, I got there in 3. I was then told that it had expired, I said how it could expire in 3 minutes. They told me they didn’t know what it did. I asked for a manager and he told me the same thing, I said your the manager and you can’t fix this he said no and walked away. One of worst Zaxby’s in the area. Poor management! Tenders aren’t fresh, fries without seasoning, flat drinks and toast without butter. I’ve given several opportunities, so this isn’t my first poor experience. Reduce the prices or do better with your quality!
