Very bad customer service. I ordered customized hawaiian pizza with only chicken, mushroom, diced tomato pineapple and bbq sauce. I receive pizza with chicken, meat, mushroom, green pepper, pineapple pizza, instead of diced tomato I got meat and peppers. I called the branch but the worker told me you still get meat bcoz it is Hawaiian pizza. I said I customized it I choose my toppings, he read my order, then I said right! Where is the diced tomato, why I got different toppings then he said you can complain to somebody!!!

Terrible customer service. We have been a loyal customer for over a year to this location and within the last month or so we have placed orders online, and within 10 minutes an employee calls up to say the service we payed for online cannot be completed. Additionally our refund has never come back to us and customer support will not respond. We have lost out on between $80-$100 in food that never came and refunds that never happened.

I ordered pizza for my family last night at the Pizza hut on Sandy boulevard 8247 Northeast Sandy boulevard Portland Oregon the pepperoni pizza who was so greasy that I couldn’t eat it my son broke a tooth on the pizza because it was overcooked and our second pizza they didn’t even cut all the way through so it just ripped one we went to go eat itworst Pizza hut I’ve ever been to I will never order from this onethis one should be shut down the manager is very disrespectful to nastiest pizza I have ever 7-Eleven pepperoni pizza taste better then this Pizza hut I am very disappointed

** WARNING** the Mobil app is a bait and switch. First time ordering a “special” I clicked wrong item, the itemization didn’t list ANYWHERE the additional charges. Was told I “should’ve known” and they don’t need to tell what was creating extra charges. Terrible customer service. #baitandswitch

Great place to call ahead and take out classic Pizza Hut pizza. While not the nationwide institution Pizza Hut once was, their pies are still as tasty as ever and compete with any other pizza place on price and quality. This is by far my worst Pizza Hut experience ever! This place is a joke. And I’ve eaten at a large number of Pizza Hut locations. The order took well over an hour to be delivered when the place is not that far away and I was outside waiting to see when someone was going to show up with the order and I saw the driver pull up in his car and he literally sat in front of my hotel not doing anything other than scrolling on his phone for 15 minutes before he even got out of the car. I called the restaurant and the manager could care less. Claims he’s going to talk to the guy but I don’t see that happening. It seems like just another day for them.

Never showed up with the pizza.. typical. Try for another pizza place. This is Portland there are SO MANY BETTER PIZZA PLACES here. I just thought it would have been quick but end up being completely the opposite. Prob about 2 hours and I had to call them! They were supposed to call when they were dropping it off. No call because they never showed up. Now I am just trying to get my money back. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
