Ordered online a chopped chicken salad and onion rings to be delivered. Order arrived with no onion rings. The chopped chicken salad was half the usual size. Called the local restaurant no one answered the phone. Two stars because the service and food is normally great. However, today I was disappointed by my local IHOP.

I have yet to ever eat at an IHOP. The first time we went into this particular IHOP, we waited at the counter for nearly 20 minutes to be seated . Staff looked at us as they did other things around the restaurant yet never said a word to us. They ignored us, so we left. Today we went again and waited 30 minutes for them to finally come over and take our order. We waited another 30 for our food. The waitress came back and told us we have to re-order because they lost our order. So all in all, we waited an entire hour there. And ended up just walking out again. Service is absolutely horrible. The whole hour we were waiting no one came to ask if we needed refills. Needless to say, I probably won’t ever eat at IHOP.

I placed an order online during business hours. When we arrived to pick our food up that was prepaid for the door was locked. Lights were on but door was locked. This was an hour before they closed. We could see a lady in the kitchen sitting on her phone. I never received my order. We called, knocked and did everything we could to get her attention. She never looked up. I was charged for food i never received

We arrived at IHOP, we’re seated and given menus very quickly but then ignored for about 15 minutes. Another man was shown to a seat in our section and a waitress took his drink order immediately, we had to ask. We were served the worst coffee I have ever tasted, even three little tings of half and half, the only creamer they had, and four packets of sugar couldn’t make it taste any better, I ended up leaving a mostly full cup just sitting there. We got our order fairly quickly but the pancakes tasted a little funny this morning and my bacon was very crunchy. Worst IHOP I think I’ve ever been to and I thought the bill was quite a bit for what we actually ate.

Walked in and was told to seat myself in the back half of restaurant (front was closed). Quite a few empty tables and booths had plates, flatware and coffee cups, uneaten food.

6 tables seated in the restaurant and I am told it is a 45 minute wait because the kitchen is backed up. Seriously doubt they were swimming in DoorDash orders at 8am on a Sunday… you cook batter, eggs, meat, not exactly long dishes or hard dishes to cook….so clearly they are so short staffed that even going here is a waste of time.

We came in for brunch and they were busier than I’ve seen in quite a while. It was nice! Melissa was our server and took great care of us. Our tea was hot, our food delish, and we just had a great time. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, just what we needed for late morning on a Saturday.

My family and I always go to IHOP at least once every one-two weeks. The service there is usually always fantastic, especially when we have the manager as our server. She is the best! However, there have been a few times we have went and we get the male server named Nate. And as much as I hate to say it, the service is never good with him. For some reason he always has a snippy attitude and never makes us feel welcomed. Moreover, my family and I went this last time and he was the server. We noticed our silverware was a bit dirty so we decided to ask for plastic silverware. It has happened a few times before but we always decide to continue our service with IHOP. With any other server, the manager included, we have been able to receive plastic silverware, but Nate would not give us any. Nate proceeded to get rude with us about the silverware, so we asked to speak to the manager. He then cursed us from a distance and literally threw our new silverware on the table and rushed off. We never even got to speak to the manager. This was our last straw with him. If we go back we will definitely request another server.
