Very disappointed the place was closed before 1430 in the afternoon even though online it says it’s open til 6pm, there was no sign saying they were closed just a rude lady saying closed, service towards military is just unsat!

Went to get lunch with family and the location is closed. I’m a little confused as to why they are closed at 1445 when online clearly states 1800. The employee was super rude about it. I’ve been to this location several times and it has never closed this early. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service.

This place sucks! Mess my order up every time! Today (after being interrupted mid sentence multiple times) i told this excuse of a cashier THREE TIMES that I wanted my sandwich with only meat and cheese, THREE TIMES!!! When I open the box theres my sandwich, and guess what…not…how…i… asked…for…it, now normally this would not really bother me, however after THREE TIMES I was angry. But I stopped and said maybe it was a miscommunication with the cooks. Nope the receipt was wrong too.

The subs are good but the service is terrible. The girl that took my order today seemed like it was such an inconvenience to be working there. She was very unpleasant to deal with. I don’t even know her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she had braided ponytails.

I love Firehouse Subs, but this was the worst takeout spot I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The girl running the register was screwing around in the back and not watching the line form (there were about 10 of us, not together). She acted shocked to see people lined up at 5:30pm, as if this is an abnormal time to grab a quick dinner. The guy making the sandwiches seemed as clueless as they come. He was bobbing his head and subtly dancing as he made sandwiches, which wouldn’t be a problem if he was doing it with some sort of purpose. It took 25 minutes to make 3 subs. It’s clear the manager was on break or in the bathroom. On a good note, they do have the coke machine that has what seems to be a million possibilities for your drink.
