Ordered about 2 months ago and food was amazing. Like really good. So I order last night again and I got a completely different experience. From look and smell, the food was fine. But once me and my boyfriend tasted the food, we knew we couldn’t eat it. What we tasted only comes from leaving product beside rotted food. Maybe something in the fridge ? The crab Rangoon and general tso both tasted like it. Not the lo mein though. So maybe a good scrub down of fridges and looking through product to make sure none of it is rotten is what needs to be done. I really like this place and it has always been so good. Definitely someone check on this so you don’t lose anymore customers. That rotten taste is nasty. I was so hungry for it too 🙁

They could possible be a good restaurant if they quit microwaving cooked meat. I ordered a large sweet & sour shrimp. They microwaved some old or maybe just cold deep fried shrimp. They nuked it so long the shrimp was hard as rocks. I had to throw it out. For a restaurant to do this – They would have to be very stupid. Hire a smarter cook and you could bring your rating up. The shrimp lo mein was very good. The shrimp seemed fresh. We’ll know in 24 hours wheaten it was fresh or not.

Quality is something they need to work on. The Orange chicken was mushy(no crunch or crisp) General Tso as well. Chicken fried rice tasted plastic and the Lo Mein 100% guarantee was frozen prior to being heated up and served to me (had a freezer taste to it)

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Hagerstown. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything I tasted melted in my mouth. Absolutely the best Chinese food I have had. Beautiful young lady who served me as well. Highly recommend!
