Service could be so much better. You guys have young people working with no personality what so ever. Just dry, and you can tell they don’t wanna be there! There was so much salt on everything! What’s the deal with that. It’s not just this location. I haven’t eaten at Freddy’s for a long time because of that, and I see nothing has changed! The food would be good if not for the salt issue. I also ordered a small strawberry shake, and it tasted nothing like strawberries. Must be completely artificial strawberries. I will not eat here again because I don’t want to wipe off every french fri before I eat it.

Ordered in the drive thru at 6:44 pm for our family of 4. We finally received our food at 7:46 pm. Took over an hour to process the 5 cars ahead of us and our order. An hour! When I asked why it was taking so long I was told “well there’s only three of us” like I should have known better. I had to laugh when I saw in the food preparation area posted signs that said “4:45 turn time per order”. I should have checked my order before I left because when I got home I found the bacon double cheeseburger I ordered was the poorly made single burger pictured. Awful experience.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today 07/29/2023 @ about 2:40 p.m. The service was amazing and the food came out quickly and tasted GREAT! My husband loved his vanilla shake. We will frequent this location often.

This was my first time trying Freddy’s and it’s my new favorite place! The food was delicious but even better were the 2 employees I interacted with! They were 2 of the nicest people I’ve met in quite a while, they provided EXCELLENT customer service which is nearly impossible to find these days. If someone from corporate sees this, they are doing it right at this place! The name on my receipt was RJ, he was great, and the other guy that gave me my order told me about how much I have been missing out if this was my first time at a Freddy’s, and I agree!

I really like Freddie’s double steakburgers and fries but this time we were there for their Signature Turtle Sundaes and they were great! Firm sweet custard covered in pecan halves and fudge with whipped cream and a cherry on top filled the cups! WOW they’re good! The place was super clean and the workers were helpful , friendly and always on the move. Service was really quick! You know it’s good when the employees eat their own cooking! We’ll sure be back!

Food is good but the service is horrible. They forget your order, will demand they didn’t mess it up, and will give you attitude when you show them your receipt. And they will dodge work by saying you can’t go through the drive through even when people are already in line. And don’t even think about using doordash, they will throw whatever food and custard they want. Just avoid this place, I’ve given it months but they never improved.

They need to do better with the meat when placing it on the buns sometimes it’s too flat and wide then it hangs off the sides and it’s hard and crunchy, the fries could be better also, it’ll lose the little taste it does have if you don’t hurry up and feed your face. Lol

Went through the drive thru at the Collierville location. The fries were cold, burger very salty and made sloppy. There was a smashed flat roach on the outside of my drink cup. He had not been dead long. Yuk it made me sick so I had to throw everything in the trash. Just could not eat it after seeing that. I should have read the reviews about how dirty this place was before I went there. Will never return.
