For my google foodie followers. I’m back in my old stumping grounds for the summer, my home. And there’s always new foodie places that rise. So, of course I go in my foodie adventures. Which led me to this EPIC TACO SHACK. The Salsa Shack. I don’t go out of my way for tacos. But for this Taco Shack ABSOLUTELY. Delicious, fresh, the combinations o my gosh. The ambience makes it so comfy to relax with friends, family enjoying not just one but a few. Get the Nachos and go large because it’s epic. This location is also perfect not just for the locals returning home from work, or in between sports with their epic children. It’s great for any of our awesome tourist in transient towards Bar Harbor or vice versa. The owner Cory is the topping of this review. Not only is he energetic, happy and grateful you’ll be there his passion for food is obvious. The kicker he’s 100% Irish. So you have to love the fact that you have an Irish Chef making tacos. Love this place and look forward to the growth.

Amazing experience at the Salsa Shake. Incredible to think just one guy is running this place. ‘The OG’ taco has the best homemade pico I have ever had. The prices are per taco, and are well worth the incredible taste. Must try in Ellsworth.

Finally stopped by to try out the tacos and wow was it worth it! The OG Taco really stood out with the best Pico De Gallo I’ve had in a while. Try his other tacos too. Different hot sauces are available for added heat along with soft drinks and bottled water. Speedy and friendly service in a great location by the water. Had 90’s tunes playing too which was cool. I’ll definitely be going back. Try these tacos!
