Love the pie here! By far my favorite is the chocolate creme pie because it is NOT that sweet but perfectly silky and balanced.

Tumble 22 in Round Rock captures the essence of Nashville-style chicken in the heart of Texas. The bone-in chicken boasts a tantalizing blend of flavors and that signature crispy texture that’s characteristic of this iconic style. As a bonus, the kids’ favorite mac and cheese adds a comforting touch to the experience, making it an ideal family outing.

Tumble is a must! Even if you don’t like Nashville style chicken their “regular” chicken still has a lot of flavor. The macaroni cheese and greens are always our go to sides. The Cobb salad is pretty descent too. We haven’t been to a location and been disappointed.

If you’re a fan of hot chicken or fired chicken this place is a must! I did the Mo hot and it is up there with Nashville hot chicken on heat level. The chicken breast skin had great flavor and crunch. The chicken was tender and not dry. The mac and cheese is made with queso blanco and for me it was great. The potato salad is average. The chocolate is great as it isn’t overly rich and a good creamy cool texture to it with great flavor. Also not pictured are the deviled eggs which have a tiny bit of kick it them they do need a tiny bit of salt but once added are amazing. Also the staff was helpful and friendly. I had always wanted to stop here and was glad I did.

This was some phenomenal chicken. A local chain for Texas this was hands down some of the best chicken I’ve ever had! The “come-back” sauce also went really well with my sandwich, and the workers were very friendly. Another Texas staple I will be visiting here again. The sandwich I got was the Southern, and the “Mo’Hot” was honestly a little spicer than I thought. But still overall some really good chicken!

We were excited to try out a place that had “Hot Chicken” & happily stumbled across this newer restaurant on a shopping trip to Austin. We were not disappointed! The food was on point & we didn’t feel that the chicken was just regular chicken strips with some hot sauce slapped on & called Hot Chicken like at other restaurants wanting to jump on the trend. This place is pretty much dedicated to Hot Chicken & pies & it shows. We thoroughly enjoyed our chicken sandwiches but really liked the “dirty fries”, as well, which we shared & used as our side. Their cheese sauce is pretty amazing they put on them. After our delicious meal we opted for a piece of pie & I chose the chocolate-toffee, it was good. Our service was great & our waitress was attentive & knowledgeable about all our questions to help us choose what to eat since it was our first time. I highly recommend trying them out!

We’ve eaten here a few times and the food is normally fine, but we ordered the 12 piece meal last night and all 12 pieces were undercooked. The outside looked and smelled great, but the inside was pink, squishy and gross.

Pretty decent price for the size of the chicken buuut that’s kinda where it stops for me. The chicken was really greasy and I got the hot but it didn’t have any kind of kick to it, and my fries were cold and old it was literally like eating an old McDonald’s fry and I know we all know that taste . I also feel they should put Texas toast in the box not a small piece of white bread that basically just sucked some of the grease from the chicken. The pickles were good I think y’all should offer fried pickles as well cause you have the perfect pickles for them! My boyfriend had gotten the Mac and cheese as a side and it was more like Alfredo pasta but not even a good one! The staff was friendly and service was fairly quick.

Enjoyed the Cobb Salad. Recommend serving with extra ranch dressing. Though the salad was tossed in dressing the chicken was dry but the Wimpy was seasoned just right.
