Stopped in for lunch on a quick trip to pick up something from the outlets. Really impressed with the quality and portions – we tried the pulled pork and brisket platters. Wanted to hug them for the corn muffins. The prices are a little bit high but honestly two people can eat a platter for lunch and be just fine. Same for the nachos – they’re huge! All the sides were delicious and tasted like legit Southern recipes – mustard and eggs in the potato salad, creamy slaw, tasty mac and cheese. Staff was polite and checked on us out of kindness. Locally owned, feels like a family kind of place.

Great food, great service! The owner is a super nice, down to earth guy who truly cares about the quality of his food and the service! We enjoyed brisket, bbq chicken, kids loved the sliders and tenders, country vegetables are just like grandma’s home cookin’, and ny husband loved the smoked wings. We will 100% be back!

Came along this little jewel! I got a pulled pork platter with Mac n Cheese and collards!. The collards were on POINT! I tasted all my food, but ate all my collards and went back for more so I just took my pork and macaroni home! I would make that 40min drive in a heartbeat for more collards!!!

Place is a little hard to find because it’s off the beaten path but worth looking for. Relatively new business so the interior is all shiny and nice. Menu is pretty simple but gets the job done. My son, whose a brisket connoisseur, found their brisket to be among the best he’s had. My daughter, who has an allergy to smoke, found the pulled pork to be great and not too heavily smoked. I found the pulled pork to be just right, tender and tasty. Their NC BBQ sauce was among the best I’ve had. Portion sizes were very generous. Overall, we were very pleased with our dining experience and plan on visiting again real soon.

Food was scrumptious. Me and my fiancé came today and he got the pulled pork tray with Mac and cheese and coleslaw with cornbread and he ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I only had a side of green beans because I had already ate Jamaican food but they were full of SOOOOO MUCH FLAVOR THAT I HAD TO ORDER A PINT TO TAKE HOME WITH ME can’t wait to come back and get the chicken wings. Love this place!!! Food is delicious and service is awesome. Portion sizes are very generous, my daughter and I always share the nachos and still don’t eat them all. Oh my goodness and let me tell you about the corn muffins, the best I’ve ever had. The owners Philip & Monica are very nice and always speak and thank you for coming in. If you haven’t tried it you definitely need to go give it a shot, you will not be disappointed!!!
