George was an absolute pleasure to chat with and was incredibly hospitable! And this food! I got his hand breaded fried chicken sandwich and hand cut friend fries (all fried in non-hydrogenated oil btw!) For $8.95 And it was fantastic. My boyfriend had a breakfast dish and also loved it. They have intermittent hours during the winter and will be closed for the next few weeks, so definitely call before stopping by- but this is for sure an undiscovered gem and once they’re fully open again you do not wanna miss it!!

So the food was great. They did not have the staff to handle all who showed up. The waiter did the best he could do and they did get another waitress to come in just as we were leaving. The atmosphere was fine but it needs a really good cleaning….. or maybe just new flooring???? Don’t get me wrong I would go back 100% for the food.

George never disappoints. Amazing huckleberry pancakes for breakfast. Lunch for me is definitely the Super Bird with Ranch. Either way, all their food is delish. Bison Burger!!!!!

I loved the food and atmosphere. They are great people and treat you like family. I love them and this place. You must try the fry bread indian taco and buffalo burgers. The potatoes soup is a must have as well. The food is all made from scratch so no commerical made products here. Stop in and have a bite to eat!

If you are visiting the National Bison Range it is a great place to stop after your visit. Nothing fancy… but I think that’s what makes its so good. It is a favorite spot to visit for lunch when I am in Montana.
