Stayed for the weekend to attend Karol G’s concert! My mom and I walked into this restaurant craving Mexican food! And we were so happy we did! The food and the margaritas were delicious! A couple blocks from the boardwalk is a gem of a restaurant!! The service was quick and our server was kind and knowledgeable! The decor is so inviting and has lots of hidden gems to find (let me know if you find the dope skeleton hologram). The food is Incredibly Delicious! Best birria tacos I’ve ever had! And the drinks chileeeee… they will get you there! Come here any time you’re craving some dope tacos!

Mama’s Tacos is on the next block from the hotel we were staying at, so my wife and I decided to try it. The food was good, I had the Mahi Tacos and my wife had shrimp tacos. They were both flavorful and served pretty quickly. Will go back when in the area again.

Such flavourful tacos and conveniently located by South Beach!! (However, the drinks do seem more pricey here than other places). Visited for early dinner around 5pm and it was surprisingly busy. The wait staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable about food pairing and dietary restrictions. Shoutout to Paula for making our visit really fun! The table and utensils seem clean and very pretty for pictures.

We came during lunch time and there was no wait. Food was excellent and the drinks were good as well. A little pricey but definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend. Our waiter Anilver was also very attentive and made sure we were having a good time.

Amazing Mexican restaurant in South Beach. My wife and I tried some tacos and enchiladas and we loved them! Also we liked the fun, relaxed atmosphere and the outstanding service (special thanks to Candy, our very friendly and attentive server!). I’d definitely come back to Mama’s Tacos if I’m ever in Miami again!

Cute little taco shop. I got the veggie tacos and they were tasty and loaded with grilled veggies! So many times when you get a veggie option at a normal restaurant they just throw some lettuce, tomato and onion together, so it was nice to get a variety. I also received quick and friendly service, definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Please rate 4 stars because the food was tasty. But my husband ordered a regular margarita and when they brought it to him the ice was melted, the waiter offered to change it and what he did was add more ice. My husband let him know what they had done and the waiter said he was going to bring him another shot. The other LITERAL shot was water with 2 drops of alcohol. We let the waiter know about the deception and he told us that yes, it was 20% alcohol and the rest was water . something that does not make sense that they cut a drink with water or whatever. obviously we returned the drink. Then we had a very tasty dinner. BUT when they brought us the bill we realized that they add the tip (which is normal) and then add the tax. that is, they are charging tip taxes and for obvious reasons the taxes were more expensive for us. They told us that the system was something automatic, white glove theft.

I’m on vacation and I stumbled upon Mama tacos it was genuinely an amazing experience. Service was beyond amazing. Candy was our server and made sure our evening went beyond amazing. She was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She was the sweetest and definitely a kind soul. Genuinely impressed with the service i did it expect it to be that good. Without a doubt 100% recommend this location.

Get ready for real guacamole and tacos. I sat inside at a 2top next to the bar. It was a spot to watch the employees interaction. Little tight in space but it was easy to zone out.. Guacamole was fresh with a squeeze of lime … perfect. I ordered the Chipotle Shrimp Tacos: every bite had the flavorful taste of the cabbage, chipotle sauce and the shrimp was cooked with perfection with freshness and cleaned. (not the rubber shrimp that’s been in the freezer for days which we’ve experienced before). I would have given five stars but I asked for a refill for a Diet Coke and was told I going to be charged for another one. I asked for more water by a couple of servers but never received any. Which was understandable on my perspective it was getting busy and outside tables had to come inside because it started to downpour. But someone not being in the industry would be a different story.
