If I could rate this a zero I would. I have never been treated this poorly before in my life. The food was disgusting and the staff were extremely rude, especially the female manager with glasses. I came in here the other day and the manager told me to stop eating and leave the lobby in the rudest way possible, even though I was told I was allowed to eat in the lobby. She even rudely talked down to and insulted my 17 year old son, who was being polite and doing nothing to offend. And furthermore, we were the only customers in the building. It was not busy at all. The food and the staff were an absolute disgrace. I am warning all of you to avoid this establishment, unless you want to receive the worst experience of your life.

This location happens to be close to my house, so I eat here maybe once or twice a week. The problem I have is with the staff. Hello Burger King, your motto is have it your way. Yet, the staff frequently make me feel bad for asking for my drinks without ice. They are rude about it, and that is unacceptable. I have teeth sensitivities and anything colder than a refrigerated drink makes my mouth hurt. It is unfair that I should be subjected to the negative attitudes of the employees that work for a restaurant whose tagline to customers is that they can have it their way. In addition there were multiple issues regarding the food that was received just with this one order, and there are regularly issues with the food matching the order as placed.

Virtually impossible to pick up an online order if you’re on foot. In fact forget about dining in all together. This Burger King is one of the only places in Salem that still keeps their lobby closed 24/7 yet continues to do business through the drive through exclusively. I work nearby and it is one of the closest options for food. Even though I’m right on the other side it can still take quite a while to simply pick up an online order. They used to be really nice and run the order to the front door if you showed up for a pick up order. Today the lady ignored the phone when I called. Continued to work the drive through and then when I called again she yelled at me to come around to the drive through window. As someone on foot, they insist that I need to stand behind the cars in line that have just made their orders and be rained on and breath in a bunch of exhaust. I’m not going to waste my hard earned money, gas, and break from work driving 100 feet to your drive through to wait in line for my order that’s already made. That’s a joke. And if I walk over I’m the one that’s a hassle to them? Absolutely sad these people get payed to act the way they do. I’ve been really nice and continued to do business with them because they are one of the closest options for me. Although today was the last straw. I will no longer be going to any Burger King establishments after the service I’ve received from this place. At first I only continued to go because of how easy it can be. It’s right there. But this isn’t the first time I’ve had a rather negative experience with this location specifically or even heard of that happening to someone else. Im disappointed in BK to say the least.

The woman, I’m guessing the manager, with short hair and glasses was absolutely rude and unprofessional with customers. She was discourteous with us and rudely yelling and ordering her employees around. I felt sorry for the employees. Stay away from this Burger King.

We waited 6 minutes at the drive thru before anyone came on. At 8:30 pm we were told that all ice cream had been shut off for the night. Very limited menu. Concerning since they show hours until 12 pm.
