Stop by for lunch with the kids. Cashier lady is great with her service and courtesy. The double whoppers over all are great; however, you dont stuck a big junk of uncut lettuce inside the burger and things fall off. Attention to details can attract more customers. Thanks.

Haven’t been to BK in yrs, had coupon for two Jr Whoppers, two lg fries and two lg soft drinks for $6.99 and decided to try. Restaurant not busy and we were greeted and order taken promptly. Burger was luke warm and fries had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. Overall the meal was edible and not bad enough to return. May go back and try again someday, but BK is not our #1 fast food preference at this time.

I know everyone is short staffed but I really do not need to hear about it from the person taking the order. In addition I was asked to back up to the door and she would bring out my 2 sandwiches. Back up? Instead I pulled in the lot and just went inside. To my surprise there were only 3 customers already seated and served. I mean why was I asked to back up? The girl at the counter said ” We thought you left ” No apology. Getting 2 hamburgers shouldn’t be this hard.

Food was hot, fresh (the fast food version), and accurate. The staff was friendly and took the time to get things right before sending the order out. This hasn’t been my typical experience with fast food these days post-Covid, but the staff here seemed to actually care about doing a good job. Thanks for the positive meal experience.

Food was room temperature it had been sitting there for awhile cause they were not busy. you could tell the grease needed to be changed, there was nothing fresh about this meal. I literally live around the block from this place so the food could have not cooled down that fast. The only time I will go back is that it would be my last resort cause I don’t want to travel far to get something to eat. I will say the staff is nice and not rude.

Drive thru attendant cursed my wife for pulling forward after she paid. We ordered food and asked for it fresh so I guess they wanted to keep there drive-thru time down. Shift manager drive thru attendant came outside swearing and threatening to call police because I asked for money back. Worst customer service anywhere ever food is rarely correct or fresh anyway won’t miss this place recommend taking family anywhere but here.
