Beans sucked, like seriously they were badd. Burritos small. Beans had no flavor. The red and green sauce were good. Red is spicy. Rice is good. Guac is good. Pico is the best thing I liked. The food was cold but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.

I can’t for the life of me understand why this place has so many bad reviews. I work near hear and have eaten here 20+ times. I even pay the expanded range fees to have it delivered to my home though door dash. Out of those 20ish times I’ve probably been kinda sick once but these stats place high compared any other spot I eat at. I do like that they cook with animal fats instead highly processed seed oils. I am a fairly beefy individual who can easily make 2 meals out of the patron burrito. I love this spot. I hope they expand and open up more locations around the valley. Keep doing what you’re doing Los Betos! You’ve won me over.

We just moved here from north Phoenix where we LOVE that Los betos location. This one apparently will never compare. We just moved so I requested utensils with my delivery and got not even a napkin. I asked for lots of red sauce. Got ZERO sauce which makes the food inedible. Won’t be back.

Who ever was the cook tonight should be fired. I spent $40 for burned carnitas burrito and burned quesabirras. The cook knew what he was doing because he tried to cover the burned taste of the carnitas by adding an excessive amount of guacamole (literally more guacamole than anything else). The birra was also burned but the worse part was the cup of consome (which is $2) I’m not even sure if it was consome. I’ve never seen brown consome. Everywhere I’ve had consome (restaurants and homes) it’s always a dark red/orange. This one was brown and honestly gross. Maybe it is consome but since the cook burned the meet the consome came out brown, bitter and gross.

My burrito was awesome. Service was chill. Just a basic quick food spot with quality food. May become my new breakfast burrito spot.

After they rung up my food & gave me my receipt, a few days later I looked at my bank account & they had taken out more money than the receipt said. I went back to the store & asked them about it and even said do y’all take extra for using a card. The cashier asked what day I visited & then she went back & looked & then she said yeah we charge for using the card, they should have told you. I looked around to see if it was posted anywhere & it was not. I had 2 separate orders & they charged both extra.

I frequently visit Los Betos and I usually eat my carnitas burrito in like 45 seconds cause it’s so good. My last visit however was unpleasant. The staff was friendly and prompt as usual but the food we were served was clearly old left over food they they tried masking by reheating till every bit was full of crispy dried out carnitas and loaded it up with guacamole which did help me eat the burrito. I’ll be going back in the same day and same time to give this cook round 2

Don’t get the huevos rancheros. I mistook this place for a Filibertos and stopped to get my favorite breakfast. Stale tortillas and rubbery egg.

Exactly what a breakfast burrito is supposed to be!!! If you are looking for a burrito filled with way too much to the point where you can’t finish, this is it.
