Today, I purchased the Original Smoke House meal. The mash potatoes were delicious. However, the chicken tasted horrible. From experiences at other locations the chicken was a rotisserie type. But, the one I was given today was like bake chicken with a greasy sauce on it. It was moist but very bland. I asked the cashier why the chicken looked and tasted the way it did. She responded that’s the way we make it here at this location. If you like the Smoke House chicken don’t buy it at this location.

This Church’s is amazing! I’ve never been compelled to brag on any drive thru chicken restaurant but this place is amazing. The food is freshly prepared and done well. The crew there is impressive. I ordered online but my order was boxed and prepared in moments once I arrived to ensure the best quality.

Actually had an interesting experience last time I came here. I had received some coupons in the mail, I tried to use a coupon for two pies and I was told they were not valid at this location? Very strange indeed. I kind of got the feeling there was something a little fishy about it. I’ve never been turned down ever for a coupon here. Generally they even take expired coupons. I mean the food is fried chicken how good can you get fried chicken?

Went through the Drive Through on a Sunday Evening between 5:30 -6:00 pm. There was no one else in line or inside. The young lady who took my order was very nice and asked if I would mind waiting? She even offered me a drink. I pulled around front and waited around 10 minutes and she brought my order. My question ❓ is why do they not have chicken already made when they are not busy? I wouldn’t mind waiting for fresh made chicken if it was good. The pieces were small and greasy. Will stick with Brookshire Brothers Fried Chicken.
