The Social Room is a bar, restaurant, and lounge. We are building a new kitchen and hope to have it completed by spring 2022. We are currently serving a limited menu featuring latin inspired cuisine using our house smoked meats. If you enjoy flavorful, spicy, mexican food and barbecue, you’ll love our street tacos and quesadillas. Plus, we still have our now award winning mac and cheese. There are 10 taps with mostly local beer and a robust cocktail menu. You can expect a dramatic shift from a lowkey lounge with free pool table in the afternoons to a popular nightclub with bustling dance floor or karaoke in the evening.

went in for a couple hours, had a few drinks. the place is like a dive bar with a dance floor and 2 bars, it’s kinda interesting honestly. not my kinda place, though, unfortunately. crowd was pretty young, makes sense given it’s in a college town. they have some cheap drinks on Saturdays. had 5 drinks (1 being a top shelf whiskey) and my tab was $35 or so with a tip. not a bad place to grab a bite to eat, either, from what I hear.

You want to go to a bar but your girlfriend wants to go to a club? Look no further. Half the bar is great for music and dancing, the other half has video games and a pool table. Drinks were cheap, bartenders were friendly, overall a good time. There’s a $5 cover otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

I always love a good night at social room (social home)! Drinks are awesome and vibes are amazing. I love how there’s a room with a loud dance floor and another room the is more quiet to talk and play pool. Also, but shoutout to staff members for making women feel safe here. My friend and I had an experience with a rather creepy guy and an employee IMMEDIATELY took notice and escorted him off of the premises.

Everyone knows The Social Room is where the party is at, but I’m here to talk about THE FOOD! Do not sleep on their tacos! And their burger and fries combo is the best in town. The best part is their food pick up window outside of the building. You don’t need to party hardy to get your food, and they’ve got a bunch of seating outside! (And they’ve always got great drink options)

The social room is a mix of funky and freedom that we just can’t get enough of! So much better than the standard run of the mill sports bars that saturate downtown. They don’t skeet you on your alcohol and also charge fair prices. And arguably the best part is their delicious and cheap bar food that is available past bar close! A must go in CoMo!!

Ordered food for pickup, took at least 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. At my original pickup time they said it wasnt ready and i would recieve a text. No text, finally got my food after watching the cook lean on the counter and eat in front of me. My food was cold and the order wasnt even complete. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
