Small and cozy spot. Primarily used for pickup/takeout. It is such a gem, tho! Had the steak and meatball pho, spicy chicken house soup, pork bao bun, and steak banh mi. The steak pho was surprisingly very flavorful. There are a lot of nice authentic pho spots in Gboro, so it was hard to believe another one would exist. The broth was very balanced without needing much more. The pork bao was good as well. It was a little sweeter than I’d like, but the umami of the steak pho balanced it out. I saved the pork bao til I finished my pho so it wouldn’t throw off my taste buds. The steak banh mi was good as well. The soft and crispy bread set it off for the banh mi. Lastly, the spicy chicken soup was thicker than I expected but also very nice and flavorful. All in all, I’d def come back to try some of the other menu items!

Not generous with key ingredients. Lots of filler like bread and noodles very little meat and vegetables or condiments. Taste was okay and they were nice just not great value for the money. The roll just completely fell apart when I picked it up. Probably won’t go back.

Ordered here for the first time and got some chicken fresh spring rolls and fried vegan spring rolls. They were so good! Definitely worth the wait knowing your food is fresh and not rushed. This is definitely my new spot on my list. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

LOVE this restaurant! They have the best food. My husband and I order the same things over and over again and it’s better each time – the pho, banh mi, and crab fried rice. Even ordering delivery, the food comes steaming hot. Their service is unmatched!

The food here is absolutely amazing and fresh!! Also had the Thai Green Tea Bubble tea and tried some peach tea which was delicious! Food is very reasonable priced with great portions and the customer service was delightful.

Baobao is usually a go to for me, but after this last order, I’m not too sure. We ordered in advance online, including paying online as well. Upon arriving (over 20 mins later), they told us to “hold on” after we said we were picking up our order. It turns out they didn’t even have the order made despite getting a notification saying our food was ready. On top of that, we were told we had to pay an additional $5 since we ordered a combo. Why wasn’t that already on the online payment page? Very inconvenient to order online, and unprofessional. A shame for a restaurant with decently good food.

Great food. I had the roasted pork lunch box, and the salad was fresh and clean. The pork was tasty, but could have been crispier, and the soup and veggie roll that came with the meal rounded out to make it truly fantastic. Had to go next door for white sauce to put in Baobao’s fluffy rice. Will get extra salad next time, to be more low carb.
