Visited in store for purchase. As happens very frequently, the people in the back…from so-called managers down to csr, the front counter is simply ignored. After a wait of 3-4 minutes, and noting one of the employees (manager) notice my presence, he did not even bother acknowledging me. He wasn’t really doing anything but STANDING THERE waiting for the cook to put up food for a drive-thru order. Another minute, I asked out loud “Is anyone working up here?” to which he said “It’ll be a minute.” I said “It’s already been 3-4 minutes, so forget it..” and left.

I wish I could give 5 stars, but that’s for perfect interactions. Very small complaint: parked to wait on fries that WERE fresh, but without salt. Perhaps this is universal at McDonald’s. Overall this location is a night and day difference from the Oakhill Ohio site. The place was very clean, other than obvious and unavoidable work messes. The staff cared much more than in Oakhill. The food was ALL fresh. You can tell they want it correct regardless of the total price on the order, which is the best difference between the two locations. I would happily drive from Oakhill to welston for this kind of service. You’re treated like a guest (with haste, of course) and there is actual effort here. Thanks, guys! Be stopping by for my lunch more often!

I have been walking inside to place my order and get it to go in the evening. Staff and managers have been extremely nice and quick. I have been going there since they have opened and they are only 3 mi from my house. That restaurant is better now than what it has ever been in the past however many years. I can’t say anything about the drive-through because I have not been through that in a while but everything has been top-notch since I started walking in and taking it.
