I love their food but they still to this day Today can never make my fries crispy , idk if the guy scared he’s gonna burn them , but at this point I’d rather he burn them than have them soggy like this , but instead they burnt the rib tips as you can see , all I’m sayin is (in my @kimmyskreations.1 vice) “Make’em Brown like Me”.

Pizza was overcooked and burnt, it also looked like they just drizzled some Sauce on it. I had it delivered.I talked to the manager he said bring the old one back and he would make another. I used delivery for a reason.

I accidentally ordered from this place when I was trying to order from the other West Grand location. Consequently, I was super late arriving to pick up my orded. The owner had called to see if I was still coming but I didn’t get the call. When I got there and explained what happened, he said “I got you” and made me a brand new order for no extra charge. That’s good customer service!
