I ordered four meals 30 minutes before closing and what they gave me was enough for one complete meal that shared four ways. I could tell that I got just the scraps that was left at the end of the night. I didn’t even get whole pieces of chicken just little bits and pieces of rubbery chicken. I’m so disappointed

I have a bow of pho today. I think it’s the best place for pho. The noodle is unique and absolutely traditional. The broth has wonderful flavor. You guys should try this Saigon pho.

Food was excellent! Went here one night during the ice storms and restaurant was one of the few open and I am GLAD. The pho was simple but delicious. Crab wontons were better than many others I’ve tried. Staff was very happy to have us there and accommodating to my specific requests.

Nice little spot. Seems pretty authentic. Bubble tea was delicious and LARGE. Son’s Signature Fried Rice was good. Mine was also, but I can’t recall name. Garlic Meat and Vegetable Stir fry. Not too much seasoning. I can taste the actual food, which I like!

went out to get some chicken fried rice after work and decided to try out a new spot and went from this. Had flies all over my food. Chicken was dry. Waiter never checked up on me (had to go out and look for him)

A good Pho starts with the broth. This broth is second to none! The best Pho I have ever had. They also use the traditional noodles with the Pho. Absolute best working staff. Always a pleasure to be there. I go for lunch and never have a problem getting in and out on my lunch break. Best hidden gem in Kent for sure.

As an Asian fellow myself, I have had Pho countless times in my life, but Pho here is unbelievably OUTSTANDING. The broth is to die for because of how flavorful it is and the aroma of the soup is heavenly. The noodle is also different from other places and it does not expand in broth like the other kind. This will be my Go-to Pho place

Walking in the place was empty and quite. Even the kitchen was quite. You can tell the stove was not on. Pho bowls are one size and are expensive. Not worth the prize. Broth is blend. Not hot but warm. Noodles are cheap kind. You can smell them. You would think if the name of the restaurant was change to something new it could be better but I don’t think it was any different from previous one. In a pho place if your the first customer or even during non busy hour you typically get your pho under 10 mins top. This one took over 15 mins for our pho and we almost walk out but decided to give it a chance. We didn’t finish our pho. We couldn’t eat it anymore. We ended up going to greatest thai right after leaving the place to get redemption.

The grilled chicken noodle bowl was amazing. The noodle to vegetable to meat ratio was perfect!! I recommend it.

I travel all over the country and eat at a lot of pho restaurants. This is one of the most delicious I have ever tried. The noodles, broth and cuts of meat are all exceptional. Highly recommend this place.
