Decided to try the Old World pepperoni pizza because it looked delicious. I love their thin crust pepperoni so I thought this one would be another winner (even if it was their most expensive option). Well I was wrong. The menu picture is either very misleading or else they made mine wrong. It looks like a thinner crust with crispy edges and lots of little pepperoni on it. What I got was basically their same crust as the cheap pizzas but with different pepperoni. Here are pics for comparison. I asked for a refund and got attitude.

The assistant manager try to charge for garlic butter and parmesan added to my pizza. All because I went through the drive through. Then took 5 minutes to explain of how I need to go inside for it to be free. They pick and chose off when they want to charge. After I inform him I never get charged. The pizza is poorly made and extra doughy. Taste very reheated. The food is just as bad as the costumer service. I will be taken my business somewhere else after this has been my main location for months now. Worse location on the south side. The pizza has jump in price now there trying to pocket off of essential. I’ll be surprised if the Parmesan and pepper packets will be next. Charging a $1.50 for sauce is outrageous

Went through drive thru and got lunch special, got back to work to eat it and when I opened the box it had no cheese and had dirt on it like it was dropped on floor. When I went back to get a edible one the manager acted put out and aggravated I came back. I won’t go there again.
