Megan delivered my pizza tonight and her spirit was just a blessing to me. Nothing special happened and we didn’t even speak much but I am grateful for our interaction. I walked in and somehow forgot to place an order which was very frustrating. However Alioune and Jace made the process 10 times easier. I ordered a deep dish pizza recently which in no way shape or form resembled a deep dish pizza. In addition, the young Hispanic woman at the register did not speak a word to me. No “may I help you?” “hello,” “thank you and have a good evening.” Nothing. This has happened twice with her. What exactly is going on at this store??

They must not like delivering at hospital…I read some problem the others had but I order paid for it and it never showed.i left two contact numbers not to mention they had my room number me so they claim they called both witch was a lie..but said they could get him to turn around and bring it.they wouldn’t give me the info to leave a complaint at first.i asked to speak to the manager but he didn’t tell me he was the manager the whole time until I ask for the head office number…he wouldn’t even tell me if I got my refund or not.the order time was around 7:00pm 03/23/2023. Hopefully this will get me a name and number to someone that can help

I ordered a large pizza and paid for it,then I returned to my car in front of the store and witnessed an employee waiting on another customer at the register and then returning to the oven taking out pizzas and used his thumb to wipe his nose,in all not once did he wash his hands or use gloves.

I am in a small hospital. I ordered a pizza and paid for online in full. Got here would not deliver said that I had to fill out the paperwork that includes tip. It was. Then said that they couldn’t come in. Have a person seated inside the door. I told them that we would walk outside the door and take the pizza from them. Totally ridiculous. How can you expect a delivery business when you cannot facilitate the delivery paid in full. Person waiting at the front door.
