We’ve wanted to try this Steakhouse for a long time. First time we’ve been able to get a last minute reservation! It did not disappoint!!! The ribeye was superb and perfectly medium rare! The steaks are served on very hot plates and the 1st bite was as warm as the last bite! The Creamed Spinach was decadent! The beer cheese pretzel appetizer was fabulous! They even have a housemade butter for their rolls. We were fascinated the open concept Kitchen! It was like dinner and a show, we loved it! Very romantic because we got to sit side by side in the booth facing the kitchen! Thank you to the entire staff for such an awesome evening!!! We will be back!!!

Don’t walk, run!!! Great food, great service(Thanks Avalon!). The Cajun Ribeye cooked perfectly to Medium on a hot plate to maintain the temp…and the flavor! Best ribeye I’ve ever had, and I frequent many a steak house. Will return.

Talk about an ultimate sleeper steakhouse. Every menu item was phenomenal. I cannot recommend the bacon more highly. It comes hand cut, paired with the bourbon glaze and syrup, and will absolutely change your life. Have any steak and a bowl of gumbo and every other dining experience will fade in your memory. Finish your meal with the pot of French pressed coffee and go home happy.

Service was very slow. There was a ton of staff- so not sure what the hold up was. We arrived at 7:30 and they were out of a ton of items by then. Was a good steak. Not a great steak. For a $75 aged NY strip – should have been better. Compared to outback it was good. But sub average compared to others charging $75/ steak. Compared to a proper steak house charging that much – service is impeccable. They have quite a way to go

Best steak I may have ever had. My grandson’s birthday dinner. We split the tomahawk rib eye. Fantastic.

Excellent. Wish I could rate it a 10. We celebrated our Dad’s 85th birthday. Many thanks to the GM Derrick (birthday dessert was delicious) and Sal for making this experience wonderful. The steak was cooked to perfection.* I highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake. What a great day.

The Cotton Calf Kitchen is an absolute gem tucked away in an unassuming town. We were hesitant at first to try this restaurant, but they did not disappoint! Our waitress Avalon was phenomenal (extremely knowledgeable about the menu, attentive and very friendly)! Several managers checked in on us throughout our dining experience to ensure that we not only enjoyed our meal, but also knew that our patronage was greatly appreciated. In addition to every single dish being simply devine, our table location allowed us to watch Taylor ensure with the utmost precision that ALL of the meats were perfectly cooked. He is truly the meat master! Each member of the kitchen staff takes pride in their work, and it truly comes through in the taste of each dish. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is and I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a wonderful dining experience from start to finish!

In town for a weekend away at Chateau Elon. Had reservations for 6:30 and was seated a few minutes early. Great atmosphere. Kitchen is open to dining and I love seeing talented people do what they do. Service was just a bit slow but we were in no hurry so all good. Had the oysters to start which were great. We had the Sea Bass, lyonnaise potatoes and creamed spinach. All were excellent. Sides are huge and could be shared by three or four people. Would definitely recommend!
