The food and service was great! I had the curry chicken with coconut rice and mack and cheese. The owner also gave us a kind of ginger drink that was really delicious and refreshing! The atmosphere of the restaurant is extremely welcoming and they have really nice plants around too!

All the reviews are true. This place was bomb. Best goat curry I’ve had in America. Authentic and delicious! Decor is fun and great Jamaican music playing. Definitely a vibe.

First time ever trying Jamaican food. While on vacation from South Dakota we try to eat at new places. Loved it! The customer service is over the top, you can even buy sauces and marinades here to take home. (Which I did) The patties are delicious!! Definitely come here, you won’t be disappointed by the experience.

The chicken was moist and full of flavor. The tacos had an amazing slaw and the rice options were all great. For a palate refresh try the Jugga juice. ❤️

Staying in Eureka for the night, needed something for dinner. This place is DELICIOUS. It was our first time trying Jamaican food and it was awesome. We got jerk chicken, Mac and cheese, and rice/peas with pineapple cucumber drink (has ginger so it’s a little spicy). Very nice customer service and cool atmosphere. Visit here if you want something new and delicious.

Food was pretty good, my favorite is getting the Mac and cheese in the curry sauce. Not really strong flavor (from what we got) but better curry sauce than Tandoori Bites, at least. Atmosphere is a bit odd – the murals are neat, but the shelves with snacks and the TV on a channel that doesn’t seem to be music videos is an interesting choice. Very good service, we got our food quick and were treated politely and attentively (or at least more attentively than most fast food places).

It’s not only the best food I’ve had living in Eureka, it’s some of the best food I’ve eaten anywhere. The portions are enormous, I’m a man of large appetites, but a large jerk chicken order lasts for at least two meals.

I was so excited to eat Jamaican food today 8-26-23 BUT I was highly disappointed. I tried to order the brown stewed tofu, lady said they were out of it and because I’m flexible I ordered the pineapple rice, not 1 sliver of pineapple in it, no pineapple taste, tasted like plain white rice, just blah. I also ordered a green salad, was never offered my choice of dressing out of 3 choices. Then as I’m eating my salad I get some raw jalapeño with seed in it. My sister ordered the plantains, super disappointment, I think she received 1/4 of a plantain for $5.00. I’ll never be back and this place needs to learn quite a few things about running a restaurant period. SIPHOS JAMAICAN RESTAURANT IN CHICO, CA IS THE REAL DEAL. Owner of jerk kitchen should call him for advice. Also no good vibes, we came in smiling, happy and left bummed and looking for some good food.
