Exhausted from the 13 mile highway walk into town, I was in need of quality sustenance. Thankfully, my wandering path led me to High Desert Pies. The Greek salad was perfect .. house dressing had a pesto thing going on, amazing. I’m a plain pie guy, and their 12” was on point too. Wish I could’ve made it back for their pasta dinner. Ask for a Prickly Pear tea & lemonade .. a “Prickly Arnie” perhaps? That was phenomenal, could’ve downed a gallon’s worth. Thank you!

The food was delicious. We kept it simple and ordered a 12′ pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and was not disappointed. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and there were two seating areas. One area was for open mic night, and the other was for just dining in. The rooms were nice and separated and could not hear the music from the other eating area. The only thing was there was no ac in the building, so it was a little toasty. Overall, the heat was not too bad as we sat by an open window, and we ate around 6 pm.

I had such high hopes for this establishment. Service was very good. The pizza, however, was truly disappointing. The crust was tougher than leather and just about as flavorful. The sauce was sweet and rather dried out. Our pie wasn’t cut all the way through and we hacked it apart with a basic knife. Ultimately the pieces broke apart like drywall. I’m hoping this was just an off night.

Pizza checks all the boxes; good amount of sauce, not overly cheesy, generous toppings, crunchy crust. Garden salad with house made pesto dressing was delicious; a generous portion with quality ingredients. Fast, friendly service in a very welcoming, laid back atmosphere.

Pizza was very good! Crispy crust, lots of toppings. I tried the prickly pear iced tea but I personally didn’t care for it. Service was a little slow as there was only one waitress for the whole restsurant. My friend and I had 2 salads, 2 drinks and a large 4 topping pizza. Our total was $72. It was good but maybe not $72 good. I’ll save this one for a rare treat.

Once-a-day they make one Pizza that they sell single slices from. I figured that would be around noon, so I went and got a piece about 12:30 it was like pizza sauce on cardboard.

Wonderful home made pizza. Sorbet dessert was excellent! Guitar music during afternoon meal on Sunday. Relaxing meal, would recommend. Pizza can be customized.

Amazing homemade pizza and pie!!! You can get traditional pizza flavors or something more exotic. This place is such a gem in silver city. The service is great! Good for a date or family time.

The service is horrendous. Takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get menus and a water, and close to an hour to cook pizza and serve it, regardless of size. Senior staff have started altercations with newer staff on multiple occasions while I have been dining, and the owner is more often then not drunk while at the restaurant. I cannot recommend eating at this establishment.
