Alright so I’m a Calzone person and I had theirs a couple years ago and about half the dough was still raw (not like light cooked I’m talking undercooked), so I wrote them off. Then I decided to try them again recently and this time the calzone was *chef kiss* absolutely cooked perfect and delicious. Then had another…raw again…also had their buffalo chicken pizza which was good and cooked well. Their recipes seem absolutely delicious, consistency seems to be this places issue… unfortunately given the cost it’s not worth the gamble of whether your food is cooked or not…

Hands down, best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Owner makes it himself, and they use separate pans to make it, I’ve never gotten sick from it. Thank you for offering this on the menu!!
