I’ve ordered 2 pizzas on the 21st of June. One of my pizzas taste like crunchy sand (pepperoni one). I called to get a replacement but they said they were going to issue a refund. Here it is July 22nd & yet i still have not received refund. I’ve called numerous times just to get another pizza instead. Even when I took a bite out of the pizza I offered to bring it back. The customer service was outstanding but I have not received nothing. I feel like I wasted my money & this is our favorite spot. After carefully making my decision, we will no longer order from here. #2))) 2week update, we went back what a mistake, this time they got toppings wrong tell the guy all he does is refund the money and keep the pizza’s, you want new order it’s about another 30min after waiting 30min in the first place. What is with this place, are the owners truly that much of low level owners that they do nothing about the way the managers run the business..

I have been going to this Little Caesars for years because it is on my way home from doing my shopping. We have generally been happy with the pizzas we got. They have been inconsistent with preparing the pies but nothing so bad that we complained. This time was an exception. I ordered half cheese and half mushroom with extra sauce. I got what you can see in the pix. The cheese did not cover the pie and it had so little sauce that it was bland. The mushrooms were stacked in one place rather than spread around. Worse pizza we have ever had anywhere. The second pie, an Old Fanceroni Pepperoni, we got was OK. I called that night to inform the manager but no one answered the phone even after several tries. My husband got the manager the next day who informed him to return the pie for a replacement. It would take 2 gallons of gas to make a special trip and I only go to town shopping every week or two. I would have no place to keep the pizza until then. Bad food-bad customer service!! This is the last time that we will ever spend our money at any Little Caesars pizza.

Everytime I go there they mess up my order. I have to wait at least an hour to get two pizzas to find out they messed up with orders and I have to wait another hour. They didn even apologise for that.

They are true to their word it’s always fresh and hot. It is sooo good ,and didn’t hurt the wallet bad either. And this group really seemed to work as a team and fast. Way ta go!!!!
