In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I know they do because daily I go and Debbie the daytime manager who’s amazing always gives me either a cup of ice or a cup of water whichever I ask for. I ordered 5 pc tender, and they gave me 3pc. I didn’t want to go back because I only had 1 hour lunch. I ordered my drink without ice because of period cramps, and they added ice. They don’t pay any attention to detail. The food was cold. I’m not going back. I might go to checkers near my house, but the one in 450 w Atlantic Ave delray beach will never find me again.

Love the chain, but when ever I go here something is wrong with the order. I buy a double burger, and receive a single, I get a large, get a medium. Don’t know if that’s just cause that’s what the employees default to or if they don’t care enough. No idea these are just my thoughts on the matter of messed up orders.

Food is terrible. Staff moves slowly, food is super greezy. Only thing that even tastes remotely good are the fries but you can tell when they have been sitting for too long and mixed with fresh fries. Would not recommend unless you are prepared to be drinking the pink stuff all night and spend the evening in the bathroom.

I ordered a #1 just about an hour ago. The fries were fresh and hot – a rarity in fast food chains nowadays. The double hamburger cooked and dressed with lettuce tomatoes and pickles just right temperature. The hamburger was fresh and hot. Good icy coke. For $12.00 on my lunch hour, I got a great bang for my buck! They even put ketchup packets in the bag without me asking. Oh – forgot….did not have to wait long either!

This was out worsted visit yet 3 people working it took an hour before we could order. Then another 45 minutes before our food was ready. Our entire family got sick from dinner. We will never eat again. Our 2 year old son and 7 year old daughter got the chicken bite box the chicken was under cooked the my husband got a triple burger and fries the soda was flat. The old grease the fries were cooked in made him sick. I got a number 8 the chicken was fries in old grease the loaded fries I ordered a large got what looked like a small with hardly any sauce. The fries were under cooked also.
