Mckenzie is the ONLY reason i come here everyday. Line moves and orders already made and correct. Management and owner should stop being so cheap and actually pay people like her that run the place when you have Management that are never around and kids who cant take or make an order right. If she ever leaves im definitely taking my 2xs a day dunkin trip somewhere else. The young gentleman and girl in the afternoon are good too. They dont say much but coffees always good. But when lines wrapped around in morning stop putting people that cant handle it on. Pay your hard workers and cut the incompetent ones stop being cheap with labor over customer satisfaction.

I get Dunkin at least once a week, and this is the WORST location. I use the mobile ordering to NOT wait 15 minutes for my drink, and yet the last 3 times, including today, I had to wait 10+ minutes. Furthermore, if I pay $6+ for my coffee to have an extra shot of espresso, I expect that to be in my coffee. Not only did I wait longer than any other Dunkin in the area, but they did not put the extra shot I ordered into my latte.

Terrible service. Super long time even if they don’t have any cars by the drive-through. The nature of this type of business is quick service for a product that is semi ready to begin with. But the wait for 20 minutes on the drive-through on my way to work consistently it’s too much.! It’s better for me to get freshly Coffee and freshly made eggs from my local convenience store if I’m going out with the same amount of time. This is not based on one time service I have been coming here for a while more than 70% of the time I decided to leave because they are taking too long even if there is only one or two cars on the drive-through before me. On top of this there is no apology acknowledgment of customers.

I order from DD practically every day and probably ordered from the app 1,000x and the one time I mistakenly order from the wrong location on the app, I was basically told to take a walk! For one drink you lost my business! I hope the $4 was worth it!
