By far the worst service and experience ever! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I ordered pizza and hr before closing time and the pizza never arrived. By the time I called back they were closed. I called back next day explaining what happened and they told me I’d have to wait until 4pm to speak to mgt. By now I’m heated, finally manager calls back and rather than being apologetic about the inconvenience it caused he started to defend his employee saying he went there and called which he NEVER did. He talked over me, not once apologized and refused to give me his full name. Brian is very unprofessional and rude manager. Poor customer service and poor management. I will NEVER order from this location ever again!

I don’t want to give 1 star also. I have ordered two medium size pizzas. They didn’t even added the toppings (chicken) I have ordered for. How can some one make mistake for two pizzas. This taste very bad. Very salty. I never had this kind taste from any dominos across many states. Customer care people told they will connect with local store and they disconnected the call twice. Very bad attitude.

Just do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Unfortunately I didn’t catch my delivery order and it got routed to this location. Took over an hour to get here. They got one guy delivering orders. I know the struggle so I waited. The food was inedible. Boxes smashed. I took a bite and spit it out because it tasted so badly like the cardboard box. They gave me a refund instantly so that’s why they get 2 stars. Save yourself the trouble and either get it delivered from another location or just go pick it up.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!! I didn’t want to give this place a star. They used to be good but been going down hell recently. People who works here doesn’t seem to care about how the finish product looks like. The last time we ordered from here, the guy dropped the pizza box before he reached the door. He picked it up and then rang the door bell. The pizza was a mess, but we didn’t do anything about it and took it as accidental dropped. Tonight, we ordered a Hawaiin pizza and what came is a nasty looking pizza without any pineapple whatsoever. My husband and I ate the pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be Handmade Pan but the dough came burnt and bubble holes all over the dough. I called and Craig or Greg said he will give me credit, I said NO I want a refund. He said it will get refunded in 2 to 3 business days. This location needs to get shut down for poor customer service and pizza that doesn’t look appealing whatsoever. The taste is pretty bad too. We will order from other locations next time!

I ordered from this location for my family and the pizza I got was very. Clearly they don’t make their orders as the orders come in. I will not order from this location ever again. People be aware if you want a fresh pizza this is not the location to order from.

I’ve ordered carryout from here several times. They’ve never screwed up my order and they did make good pizzas until my last order. That said, I was not thrilled when I saw a couple of the employees in the store not wearing masks including the pizza makers. Despite the assurances of management and customer care below, this continues to be a problem. My last trip, you can see in the attached photo, the employee was making pizzas without a mask on. Then when he sees me after I had been waiting a minute or two to be acknowledged, he suddenly puts on his mask and tells the other employees to put on their masks. (You can see another employee in the back with the mask not covering his nose.) I will not be going back. It is not safe to get pizzas from here and I don’t need a pizza covered in yellow slime. Nor do I need slime that then goes through the pizza box and gets my seat in the car covered in it.

I cant even begin to describe how terrible the delivery process is. The carryout process has been fine in the past but delivery is just astronomically bad. After placing an order in the evening the pizza was marked as “in the delivery car” for over an hour and a half! When the pizza finally arrived two hours late both of the boxes were smashed and the pizza was disgustingly cold and spongy. It looked and tasted like someone left it crushed behind a kitchen sink. I get that they are probably short staffed but 2 hours for a delivery ten minutes away and then the audacity to still serve the pizza anyway is ridiculous. Just close deliveries or let us know it’s not gonna work out! Horrible horrible. If you’re craving pizza I’d reccomend going LITERALLY anywhere else.

Worst Pizza i ever had. Ordered a Chicken taco pizza for lunch and my order was messed up. The pizza is burnt and it has too many bubbles. Each slice has a bubble and it hallow. Also, they got the wrong toppings. Totally a worst pizza i ever had in my life so far. Waste of money.
