You can travel to Greece, Italy around the world but you won’t get a Greek salad like Basils B52. The price, service and feeling welcomed is one of the restaurants left. Oh the oyster Rockefeller? Awesome. Everything I have eaten there is spectacular. There are not enough stars to rate Basils according to me. I give 100 stars.

First time I’ve been here in a few years and I regret not going more often. My wife and I each had the Filet Mignon and it was one of the Best steaks I’ve eaten in our area. Service was good, restaurant was clean and prices were very reasonable.

Our entrance greeting was without a smile or a hello …just got two menu’s and put on the table and then she pointed at the table…they were busy, it is a gem of a hole in the wall restaurant tho…we chose 12oz Ribeye , medium cooked, fried Okra and a salad …& beef tips rare, steak fries, pepper, onions mushrooms and gravy, I opted out for my side salad…lots to choose from Gourmet Burgers, Fish, Chicken Kabobs, Raw Oysters, Shrimp , Fried Pickles to name a few items off their large choice menu…Kim our Waitress was awesome …and she made sure we were well taken care of…the place is cozy, has a bar for your favorite alcoholic beverage…The meal was one of The best we have had in a very long time… Basil B52 was named Best Restaurant in Spartanburg SC 2016 and 2019… so Ya’ll come!!!
