Ordered a pot pie on Saturday, July 2nd and THIS is what they gave us! A warped up crust where the filling was dry, rubbery and inedible!! HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS??!!! ARE YOU DOING ANYTHING FOR QUALITY CONTROL??!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! Couldn’t eat when I got it home because it was just so dry! I called the customer service number and the agent named Jasmine sent us a voucher for a replacement pot pie. I had no way of sending these pictures to the corporate office, so I am putting here hoping someone sees them. I look forward to enjoying KFC again really soon, but at a different location. I also should mention that I had to wait a bit before they even came to the speaker to take the order and I noticed the car in front us was asked to wait on the side. If Colonel Sanders was here today, he would have been outright appalled!! I’m BEYOND APPALLED that they didn’t even bother to check the quality of the product!! HOW DO YOU DO THAT??!!!

Please do us all a favor and shut this KFC down. The employees here are more interested in socializing than actually doing their jobs. The employee on the drive thru Tay was extremely rude and impatient. I got my food and it wasn’t edible.Coming here was a total waste of money.

Terrible service. I ordered through the drive thru and was told it would take 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes with no one coming out to tell me it would take more than 15 minutes longer. When I finally received my order, no one apologized for the extra wait time. I should have checked my order before leaving because when I did get home half the chicken pieces were over cooked I had corn instead of coleslaw and gravy but no mashed potatoes. Do not go to this restaurant.

Definitely won’t be returning, you don’t rush a customer that’s looking at the menu. The food is subpar, so I was being nice by even coming just to be rushed and told to back up in order for their times not to go up. Very distasteful.

Terrible store and apparently Im not the only one that thinks this about this store. How in the hell are you a chicken place and never have anything ready at lunchtime. There’s always a wait for basic stuff like chicken, hot wings, pot pies, etc. I wont go there ever again.

Biscuit was as hard as a rock. The chicken and fries were old and were either heating and sitting for hours or just reheated and microwaved. The chicken was not tasty and has a different taste than any other KFC location. You can tell the fries and chicken were not cooked to order. Biscuit was so hard it was inedible. Not going to go to this location again!

The last 2 times I have been to this location have been very disappointing.. Went through the drive through and had to wait(AT THE WINDOW for 30 minutes no other cars in line) because they didn’t have any chicken ready to go?? The chicken was ok BUT not as good is KFC should be. The 2nd time I ordered online for delivery and when the chicken arrived the chicken wasn’t fully cooked and we ended up throwing it out. Will not try a 3rd time not when there are other fried chicken places nearby. This place needs the manager/owner to step up and inspect the place, periodically taste the food, and retrain employees. I also think corporate should send an inspection team there to periodically go through the drive in and to eat there un-announced to ensure quality.
