Talked to manager SETH over the phone and he had an extremely bad attitude. My order was messed up three times and when I got home it still wasn’t right. Ended up having to drive back for a refund and when asked for the managers name he informed me he couldn’t. When I got there he sent the other manager to deal with the refund and then the manager ended up saying his name anyways… Bad food and bad customer service.

This franchise owner has lost his mind with these prices. We are officially never coming to Bristol Taco Bell ever again we will drive the extra distance for not paying double of what the actual price is. Sad. And every time never fails meal is always wrong or missing ingredients that you guys never mention. What’s a quesadilla without the sauce. But never fails meal is always missing something or wrong. You will be losing money rather than making more at this rate. People save your money go somewhere else.

Today was not a good day for tacos!! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they always seem to get something wrong!!! My tacos were supposed to be three crunchy tacos supreme, however they weare all mushy and sticking to the paper!! As in the bottom of the tacos were soft and mushy!!! My sister usually orders the vegetarian rice and bean burrito with no cheese and no chipotle sauce, they got that part right but they forgot the rice!!?? And my cinnamon twists I literally got not even a half a bag I really try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I am so done with them!! It’s like you look into the drive-thru and the girl at the window has an attitude, and two or three girls were standing around and just talkin!! I won’t be spending my money there no more! That was $17 wasted!!

This location is usually decent. Some of the people working the drive thru can be incredibly friendly. Sometimes they can be a bit rude. Overall it’s taco bell and my expectations aren’t crazy high.
