I did an order online and meant to do it for delivery but upon editing the order it reset to pick up and I didn’t realize it before submitting which was fine but I didn’t want to tip if I was picking it up so I called and asked can I either switch it to delivery or have the tip taken off even jokingly explained if I was going to any other fast food place I wouldn’t tip and had a laugh about it. We decided I’d just pick up and pay upon arrival. Well apparently someone thought I was ridiculous and decided to eat a slice of the pizza we ordered. When I called and told the manager I was pretty much brushed off. I told her I thought they should watch the cameras and write up the person who did it because it’s definitely against their policies to eat a customer’s order. Even if they were upset about the tip it could have been a conversation I’m open to being convinced that it’s deserving beyond delivery I just don’t understand why I wasn’t told anything beyond “wow that’s surprising” as the solution to the issue.

Pizza wasn’t very good. Very rubbery. Crust wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Cheese was a disaster when I opened the box. The cheese slid from one side to the other. I ordered online so I can’t comment on employee service.
