Lunch was great. Five of us ate for less than $50. There is a lot of variety to the menu, all of us got something different.

Great place to eat. I go here with my family all the time. We love the food. I have had just about everything on the menu and have not been dissatisfied yet. I love there pizza. I get the Hrover with tomatoes. My other go to items are the grinder and there tomatoes soup. My son loves the cheeseburger. It has eyes and a tongue.

Nice lunch break traveling through Iowa. Cafe feel with a mix of retro. Open area, friendly people, large portions and clean. I got the BLT (in picture) and liked how it was presented like the old lunch counter meals I grew up with. Wish it had a salty pickle spear. Burgers are large and fries crispy with soft center. So glad we stopped!

Traveling the country and in the area… Came for Taco Tuesday! Great fried pickles (the sliced kind, not the spears) creamy queso and chips, bogo margaritas and $2 tacos — husband and I had one of each meat (3) and they were great! Friendly service, nice atmosphere, comfy tables.

Delicious food! We were passing through the area and wanted to find a local place to eat dinner. I ordered the Steak, Chorizo and pineapple Alambras and it was soooo good. My husband ordered the chorizo burrito and loved it. We both left extremely full. My 3 boys and their Grandpa each ordered a hamburger and they enjoyed them also. The prices were reasonable and the service was pretty quick. There was a large party there at the same time we were and it was a bit loud and I don’t love that they had 5 TVs on, I prefer not having everyone distracted while eating. However, the TV’s had a wide variety of shows showing so it entertained everyone from age 7 to age 67, for better or for worse… Overall, I highly recommend a visit!

Ethan, our waiter, helped my wife (vegan and gluten free) and I (vegan) navigate the menu and found a number of items for us. The sweet potato fries were surprisingly light, tender and yet, crispy on the out side. Not greasy! The kitchen made a real effort to make an excellent fajita and burrito for us. Both with plenty of vegetables, served piping hot and two kinds of salsa verse. The hot one was outstanding! Eat here!

First time there. Maybe Sunday breakfast isn’t their best time. Family of 4, one of 2 tables when we got there. Our food tasted ok (except for the pinky nail-sized shell in my egg), but the hot cakes and hash browns (covered in cheese, which was unexpected) were brought out separately and several minutes apart for each person. They seemed unconcerned about the odd timing and the shell in my eggs. Apparently there are kid prices, but not a kids menu yet, but we weren’t told or given that option until the manager came by and said we would be billed the menu price because that’s what we ordered. Uh. Ok.
