The Ma’ams
I’ve been looking for a comfortable Italian Restaurant in the area for a long time. I’m so happy my husband stumbled across this one. Everything was delicious! Served hot, by friendly waitstaff we felt right at home. The complimentary dinner rolls was absolutely delicious especially when dipped in the seasoned olive oil. We’ve had the fried calamari, tour of Italy, meatballs & spaghetti, calzone and a huge pizza! We’ve gone a couple of times and will definitely be back.

We got a small meats pizza and the vodka sauce tortellini. Our server was very helpful in suggesting dishes as this was our first time to Trattoria. We picked a couple dishes to share and that worked out well so that we could experience a few things. When you sit down they bring these yummy rolls with an oil and vinegar dipping sauce which was tasty and we polished those off quickly. The pizza was perfect and the cheeses were so good! It was hot out of the oven and really hit the spot. My friend was not a fan of the gorgonzola as it was a bit strong but I liked it! Our server kept our glasses full and food was brought out quickly. It’s a small place in a strip center but decor was cute and seating was cozy. I’ll be back!

Place was great! I never write reviews, but this place really has earned one! We ordered a pizza, and you can tell that the cooks in the back made it with care and definitely didn’t skimp out on toppings. Also, our server Nicole was a delight to talk to and was overall great.

My new favorite Italian restaurant! World’s better than any of the fancy ones inside the loop!After taking a few bites, I feel like I’m back in Italy! Everything was absolutely amazing as was the service. From the freshly baked dinner rolls, to the appetizers, and the main course. I don’t like most Italian restaurants since I tasted the real thing in Italy, but this restaurant executes everything perfectly! The muscles appetizer was super delicious with the red sauce. I saved it and used it on my other dishes. Most Italian restaurants’ red sauces all taste the same, but it was different for each dish.

Our waitress was great, the food was delicious, and they went through a lot of trouble just to get us some coffee when their normal machine wasn’t working. I love how there aren’t TV’s everywhere, and it’s not loud. This will be my go-to Italian place from now on.
