1st time to this location was on my way home and figured i try this location. I ordered 2 chicken pitas fries and a cheese. I waited a regular time to get my food. I get home and I have 2 regular gyros!!!! I call in tell them about this. I drive 10 mins back to location. And it’s a customer at window complaining about a missing item. After they took care of him another customer complained about getting napkins. I get to window with the wrong order on hand give it back and they didnt even have my order READY!!! i ask if the number on receipt is the correct number and he verifies yes that they waited to start my order until i brought in the wrong order….In all I wouldn’t be a return customer to this location. GET A ENGLISH SPEAKING ORDER TAKER! It’s a location in the hood having a person where their 1st language isn’t English will be an issue especially when most are wearing masks…smdh the extra few miles to the next mr hero will be worth it TRUST ME!! … another customer is bringing in a incorrect order as im writing this smh can’t make this up….

I would rate this location 0 if it was possible. I called in my order and it was not correct, I asked for a burger without mayo, my receipt even had no mayo, but my burger was loaded with mayo! The manager was rude and offered no apology or suggestion for the inconvenience–Bad experience and attitude, I returned the food and received my refund. I reported them also to the health department– covid cases are rising and it should not have been allowed for a bag that has been in someone’s home to be in the store and then u have other people’s food possibly being exposed! Just allowing people a chance to know whats going on-eat at your own risk !
