Terrible coffee cups are always leaking when I got my coffee it spilled all over my hand and I asked them to please change it into a different cup. At that time teenagers 3 of them were working and one took my cup and rolled her eyes. Management really needs to train these kids about customer service. I will stop coming here it’s happened to many times.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I asked the girl twice if my coffee was decaf and she said yes. Thanks a lot you horrible human I’ve been having anxiety attacks all night! You could cause much worse than that by lying and serving someone regular coffee with caffeine after they repeatedly asked for decaf! Shame on you!

The coffee here is weak and not worth your hard earned money. I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’ Donuts. Some reason they don’t use enough coffee when they brew it. You get hot sugar and milk! Where’s the coffee??

3xs cold coffee cold food. They will not answer phone . Went back 2 days later and the old guy that’s actually served me the 1st time tried to say today was his first day lol and he had no idea who the manager was and why the ringer is off and no he can’t replace order even with receipt. When I told him he was the one who served me the 1st time 3 weeks ago and he was not new and this was not his first day there , he then said yea he was only there that one day tho lol. Unbelievable. I’ve since gone to the oswego one smh

Ordered an iced French vanilla coffee and it literally tasted like armpit will not be back at Dunkin. McDonald’s coffee is way better and cheaper. And they never mess up and order. It is rare to get a good iced coffee at Dunkin now. The people are nice though. But the coffee is bad.
