Food is delicious, and portions are good for the cost. Good price for what you get. I got the Southern Fried Chicken with steak fries and vegetable soup. I’ve tried other entrees and appetizers and they also have been very delicious. I’ve been to all 3 different locations in Massachusetts and have had a good experience at all. Would definitely recommend going if you haven’t already.

We went on Saturday May-27th-23 to this Cracker Barrel, this was our first time going to this location. We heard many people how much they love eating at Cracker Barrel. We didn’t eat food here, we Shopped around their gift shop and it’s always a unique giftshop. April our cashier was extremely friendly and kind. Everyone was extremely helpful and alternative. I love going to CB even if I don’t eat there , we love looking around at their giftshop . It’s always amusing to go there. Awesome experience. I got some unique things, and I got an ( rare Eagle Squishmallow ) .

I had an okay brunch here with my friends this morning. The chocolate chip pancakes had a lot of chocolate chips, but they were still good. The casserole was incredibly greasy and had way too much cheese. The french toast was awfully sweet but still good. Our food took 45 minutes to come out, but it was still an okay meal. Disappointed in the lack of customer service, we asked for hot chocolate and were told the machine was broken. After our waiter left we saw another table get a latte brought to them, so we asked for a latte, and he responded the machine was broken. Pretty ridiculous. It’s a good spot to bring kids but be aware there can be a long wait and the retail store has a lot of easily broken items.

As always this Cracker Barrel, like the other ones I have visited, is loaded with so many fun and interesting things to purchase. I got right into the restaurant. The wait staff was quick to respond and friendly. It is hard for me to choose a meal at any Cracker Barrel because their whole menu is good. I like the home cooked style of their menu. Afterwards I spent over 20 minutes browsing through their store to see what they have in it. Their displays and items offered change several times a year. The one thing I can count on is their huge assortment of nostalgic candy. If you are looking for an old time snack or beverage Cracker Barrel is the place to go. Some of the things they sell I have never heard of, but my grandmother remembers from when she was young. Then there are the odd ball things that make you say ” how come I have never seen this anywhere else before?” If you like Moxie, I don’t know who does, you can find it here. If you have never been to a Cracker Barrel make a plan to go, it’s a good time.

I have been to this location many times. In the past it has mostly always delivered five stars across the board. Last night I took my boys out and we ended up here. We were sat in a timely fashion and drink order was taken right away. Food order also went flawlessly. The restaurant wasn’t busy at 8:45 pm on a Monday but we did have to wait longer than expected. Still, nothing too crazy and we kept busy. Food was all top notch. I ordered the new cheesy fried chicken. So good! Kids got breakfast. Server never checked back despite being the only table in his section. We didn’t need anything so no big deal. Another thing is a few tables around us sat with dishes and old food for the entire time we ate. That shouldn’t happen especially not being busy and plenty of staff walking around. Our server showed up to deliver the check and apologized for the service. Confusing as to why it would be bad with that much staff and maybe 4/5 tables filled. Anyway, my kids poked around the store, I paid the friendly cashier, and we left happy. So overall very happy and we will be back but hoping the service end was a one off. Four stars for now but will update.

Our server, Nathan, was great! Made sure we had everything that we needed. Checking in on us periodically to see if anyone needed a refill. The food never disappoints. The fried chicken is always my go-to. Cracker Barrel is our must stop on a road trip!

We were here once before, about 8 years ago. Unfortunately, it seems the restaurant may not have been cleaned since then. Sticky tables, food on the floor under our feet, I think I trod on a sausage or something. The local health department would have a field day here and recommend they drop by. Never again.
