Five stars all the way for Five Guys! I placed a phone order without payment, setting my 9:40pm pickup. Despite my slight delay until 9:59pm, the attentive lady on staff was waiting. Exceptional customer service—she waited till the very last minute, even though they close at 10:00pm on weekdays. Bonus: extra fries in my bag! A shining example of top-notch customer care. Hats off to the team! P.S. Every fry vanished!

I ordered the burger with about 6 condiments and fries. It was 3 pm, and the only customer. The fries weren’t fresh, likely cooked twice and lots of inedible small bits. I didn’t enjoy the fries or the burger because it had only half (3) condiments and very little of each!

I live Five Guys, but my most recent visit was disturbing. I waited quite a while while orders after mine were finish. No problem. Then when it was ready it was wrong. I asked for s refund and they shorted it by 12.00. Hmm. Went to the one on 41.

Order #95 this evening. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and got a little cheeseburger. I guess if you had to forget one of the two items it was best you forgot the bacon. For $8.95 it would have been nice to get both!

Amazing place to go! I stoped in there since there was some traffic and the customer service was amazing! They got my food in and out and it was really good. This was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever ate in and I recommend anyone to stop by to grab some burgers and fries!
