Pacific Seafood has left the building! Specifically made this part of an overnight stop on our trip only to learn they have pulled out of Backstory. Would have been nice to let folks know on their social media page. Backstory gets 5 stars, though. The beer was tasty and the bartender very helpful.

Amazing fresh seafood dishes. Impressive menu. Generous portions. A true taste of the pacific coast of Mexico. The folks that work the food truck are super nice and proud of their food. I’ve added Sinaloa to the top of my “travel destinations” list based off my experience eating here. Can’t beat the location either (backstory brewery). A true gem in Sulphur Springs.
